The Tahoe is a full-size SUV produced by General Motors, under the Chevrolet brand. It shares most of the characteristics with its relative GMC Yukon. Original model came in 1992, when GMC Yukon was launched. Chevrolet kept its predecessor’s name Blazer, while Tahoe name was finally introduced in 1995. During these years, we saw four generations of it. The last redesign was made about a year ago, when we saw a completely new Tahoe and Yukon, as 2015 year models. This model is still very fresh and bigger modifications aren’t expected in next several years. However, that doesn’t mean that 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe will come without changes.
2017 Chevy Tahoe specs
As we already mentioned, new generation of this great SUV came last year. New model came completely redesigned. It now rides on the company’s new K2XX platform (K2UC for Tahoe and K2UG for Yukon) beside new platform, new model also came with completely new look, both outside and inside the vehicle. The 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe will keep in the same way, and changes when it is about base characteristics are not expected. On the other side, company already prepares some changes for 2016 year model, so we have no doubt that 2017 Tahoe will also come with some novelties. For example, 2016 year model will come with new colors, new headlamps, new safety systems and many other. The 2017 Chevy Tahoe is expected to continue in the same way. Base characteristics will remain the same, but on the other side, we will expect to see new standard features, improved and updated infotainment systems, maybe some minor design tweaks etc.
