The MDX is a mid-size luxury crossover SUV produced by Honda’s luxury division Acura. It was originally launched in 2000 as 2001 year model. Curing these 15 years, we saw three generations of it. We will see a revisited front fascia, with new grille and headlights, but that won’t be the only visual change. Although it will keep the same basic shape, new model will come with sharper edges and more aerodynamic overall look. It will come with more aggressive stance, which will make it more attractive to potential customers. When it is about interior, 2017 MDX will feature the same cabin with three rows of seats and some of the changes that are expected are new upholstery, maybe a slightly revisited dashboard and also an updated hi-tech features.

Changes under the hood are not expected. The 2017 Acura MDX will come with the same 3.5 liter V6 VTEC unit, which has maximum output of 290 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque. This engine is paired with 9-speed automatic transmission. When it is about fuel consumption, 2017 MDX is good for 23 mpg in a combined drive.
