2016 Infiniti QX50

This model originally came in 2007. It is an entry-level model from Nissan’s luxury division, when it is about SUVs. This compact crossover was instantly very well accepted by the crowd and it is not wondering that is still very popular on markets around world. Few years ago, company started with big updates of all models and it seems that now it’s a turn for QX50. According to the latest reports, 2016 Infiniti QX50 will come with several modifications. It will receive so-called mid-cycle refresh, which will include not only some visual tweaks, but also some technical improvements.

The 2016 Infiniti QX50 will keep the same basic characteristics as previous-year model. It will be based on company’s familiar FM platform with FR layout. On the other side, new model will receive some big visual changes. Compared to previous-year model, new one comes with longer wheelbase. It will come with much sportier look. Some of the most notable changes are new headlights, company’s new double-arch front grille, side mirrors. The 2016 QX50 will also feature redesigned rear end, which now comes lower, with new rear bumper, taillights etc. However, the biggest changes you will notice when you look this crossover from side. New model will come with rearward cabin and coupe-like roof-line, which will make this model significantly more attractive. Interior includes premium leather seats as standard feature. The cabin will be also full of aluminum assets. Some of the notable standard features will be a rearview monitor, keyless entry and ignition, SiriusXM satellite radio, and Bluetooth. The 2016 Infiniti QX50 will also feature Around View Monitor with front-, side-, and rear-mounted cameras to help with parking and reduce blind spots.

When it is about powertrain, things will remain unchanged. The 2016 Infiniti QX50 will be powered by familiar 3.7 liter V6 engine, with 325 hp and 267 lb-ft of torque. It will be available with either RWD or AWD configuration. Transmission is excellent seven-speed automatic, which features manual shift mode, DS mode, Downshift Rev Matching, and Adaptive Shift Control.

We are expecting to see 2016 Infiniti QX50 this fall. The price isn’t expected to diverse much from current model, which starts at around 35.000 dollars.
