The popularity of crossovers is constantly growing, so it isn’t wonder that all main manufacturers constantly work on improvements of current or introducing new models of this kind. As one of the key players in segment of luxury crossovers, Infiniti constantly tries to keep its position on the market, either with redesigned or completely new models. One of new models that was presented recently and it is expected to enter serial production soon, is new small luxury crossover, called QX30. For now, it is just a concept, but it is expected that serial model will have pretty much the same characteristics. It should come as 2016 Infiniti QX30.

The concept car that was presented recently looks just amazing. It features fantastic design solutions such as elegant lines all over the body. It looks extremely aggressive and many of its details such as many on the middle section, doesn’t look very production friendly. The 2016 Infiniti QX30 will probably come with some modifications such slightly more conventional front fascia and revisited rear end etc. However, this doesn’t mean that new model will be less attractive. Moreover, it will look much better that most of its competitors.
Interior of 2016 Infiniti QX30 looks even more impressive. On the concept model, it comes in beautiful combination of blue and brown colors and it features design, where all is about luxury. It comes with beautiful dashboard, which features dual display layout and screens that are separated by brown leather overlap with sharp asymmetric airvent. However, just it is case with exterior, some of these features probably won’t be found in production model. Although this will be a compact, entry-level model, it will feature plenty of safety systems. The 2016 QX30 will come with rearview camera, blind spot monitors, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and many other.

The cooperation with Mercedes-Benz continues. The 2016 Infiniti will be powered by German 2.0 liter 4-cylinder Turbocharged engine, which will be paired with seven-speed automatic transmission. This is the same engine that is used for GLA Class models. Beside plenty of power, excellent fuel economy is expected too.
2016 Infiniti QX30 release date, price and competition
It is expected that 2016 Infiniti QX30 will be available early next year. Although price is still unknown, experts predict that base model will go around 36.000 dollars. Although there are many models in this class, main competitors will be BMW X1, Audi Q3, Buick Encore, Mazda CX-3 etc.
