The Trax is a subcompact crossover which was launched in 2013. For the U.S. market, it was released last year as 2015 year model. After nice success of Buick Encore, which shares many parts, company decided to offer one additional small crossover, mainly to make stronger competition to a rival Chrysler’s model called Jeep Renegade. New model came with only some minor, barely notable differences compared to model that are offered worldwide. When it is about 2016 Chevrolet Trax, bigger changes aren’t expected. Since this will be second year of models production, lack of modifications seems reasonable.
